Established in April 2008, Bread of Life Ministries has remained faithful and consistent in its approach to studying scripture, dubbed ‘staring at the scriptures’, and continuing in biblical patterns according to Acts 2:4; Apostolic Doctrine, Fellowship, Breaking of Bread and Prayer. Serving the Body of Christ as the Church in the Principle of Fathers and sons through teachings, sermons and radio programs. To bring the church into oneness and demonstrate the Glory of the Lord.

Christo Nel was born on 06 June 1961. He is married to Jaanie Nel and has 3 sons. He was called by God on the 23rd of September 1993 to serve as a Prophet to bring correction to the Church through the studying and testing scripture, also known as ‘staring at the scriptures’. A task that has made him face many challenges in life… The principle learned was that you cannot teach someone anything if it is not tested and installed and reproof by the Plumbline of God. He was ordained as a Pastor on 06 June 2004 and is in full time ministry since then but still having representation in the secular sector where he was tested to the core.

In addition to his pastoral work, Christo has played an instrumental role in the establishment and growth of Heartbeat FM. As station manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the radio station and works to ensure that it remains a trusted source of Christian programming and community engagement.

Christo currently resides in Oudtshoorn, in the Western Cape region of South Africa, where he continues to serve as a pastor and leader in his local community. He is known for his compassionate and empathetic nature, and is respected by his peers and colleagues for his unwavering commitment to his faith and his community.

Overall, Christo Nel is a highly respected and influential figure in both pastoral ministry and radio broadcasting in South Africa.
